About Kara

Kara began her work as a professionally trained classical singer and stage performer while picking up some experience in film and commercial work along the way.  She taught college level performance and communications courses for 14 years before devoting herself to Speech Revolution full time in 2014. 

Her understanding of managing nerves, acting and developing stage presence, effective voice skills, and experience performing in over 10 languages guides her to helping both native and non-native English speakers to speak their truth with clarity and confidence. Physical, mental and spiritual energy management has always played a key role in her work. With a full palette full of tools, she is fully capable to meet clients where they are comfortable. 

Lund Global Coaching & Consulting is the result of a passion for helping people be happier, healthier and more productive at work without the stress.  An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Kara is also a certified Positive Intelligence® coach (CPQC), helping clients develop the mental fitness to handle life’s challenges with less stress and more stamina.  Her work with Positive Intelligence® leads to healthier individuals, teams, and organizational culture. 

Kara has worked extensively throughout the United States, France and in Shanghai with clients from over 20 different countries to work and compete effectively on the international stage.

She is currently a guest lecturer and workshop facilitator for HEC Paris' EMBA and MBA programs, and one of only a few B2B and Vistage Club facilitators for the Positive Intelligence® company.  Kara has also been a long-time affiliate partner with Bates Communication, now BTS Boston, a coach for Ace-Up and Circle Strategies. 

Kara still loves to sing whatever and wherever she can, and has an insatiable appetite for learning, travel that focuses on how the locals live, dark chocolate and really good scotch.  She currently volunteers for the Mission in Action committee at her church, and is an Advisory Council member for the Rhode Island Chapter of Tomorrow's Women Today.  When she can, she volunteers helping dogs find their forever homes.
